I think from a marketing standpoint, the F-4 would be the way to go. The phantom has a very long history. There are many different paint schemes that would allow re-issues. Think about navy paint schemes from Vietnam. VF-111 Sundowners was an awesome scheme. Duke cunningham's jet was a nice looking ...

WOW! I never realized how much those vehicles have increased in value. I have six assorted vehicles NIB. Maybe for once I made a wise investment.

VX 4 had some cool paint schemes. An all black with a Playboy bunny on the tail. Also had a bicentennial that was nice.

Not sure when it entered but it saw action in both the pacific and Europe. I believe it claimed the last air to air victory of WW II.

Cybermodeler has a sneak peak of a Trumpter 1/32 scale P-61 but no release date. Does anyone know of a possible release date?
