Looking for information on a Marushin A6M5 I bought.

While on one of my several port calls in Japan, I went to Book Off and bought a second hand Marushin Special Edition Silver Plated A6M5 Zero. My question is does anyone on here know about the special edition Marushin's. I looked on a couple of sites with older posts but really couldn't find any spec...

I picked up the winter Stuka in Yokohama, Japan. That was the only new one I saw there. Looking forward to the Buffalo.

I found this in B's Hobby in Toyuso, Japan. It's a little expensive for me, but I'd love to have it.

Re: BBI 1:32 Dauntless any good ?

I have the BBI one, my only complaint is the wings, they're like the 1:18 Stuka, a pain to remove.

Re: FLIGHT WING MORE RELEASES DUE SOON

I do like the folding wings for room, but I agree fixed wings would be better.
I've switched to smaller scale A/C but I'd buy an Avenger or two if they did a Pacific scheme in a US or FAA version.

Curious about 21st Century Toys 1/32 model kits?

I was curious to know if any, there is a reason/story why 21st Century Toys made some of their aircraft available as kits and not others that they did pre-painted? I see that all the pre-paints have "21st Century Toys" marked on the bottom of the horizontal stabilizer, so they're just like the kits....

Looking around I've seen discussions from 2011 about the P-61 from Easy Model. The only thing I've seen is 2 Stukas on the MRC website that will be a new release.

The Coasties are way off! They need them to be in grease/paint stained coveralls, pack of smokes, and carrying either monster or redbull.

I see some I wouldn't mind getting. I wonder when the P-61 and a few of the other new ones will be available? Does anyone know a good source for Easy Models? I've gotten most of mine from HobbyLinc and a local hobbyshop here on Oahu that's closing. I bought a bunch from Hobby Lobby on leave they had...

I've used an x-acto blade and got it in between the plane and the plug and with a little wiggling I usually can get them out.

Aftermarket decals on 21C/Ultimate Soldier Aircraft

Well I just bought a BF-109 Winter Version from [CAT]cplslade and i'm looking at adding decals (the non-P.C. ones) to it along with some of my other German A/C's, I've never bothered with them, but now looking to do a little detail. My question is, is there anyway I should go about doing this? Norma...

Re: 1:72 Pre-Built Aircraft Companies which one?

Yes, it does have rivets! I'm just going to put it in the back of my new collection. They have a green Kate I thought it was 1/72 when I 1st saw it a few months ago but paid no attention as I was just getting some books from the shop. I went back and actually looked at it and it's not 1/72, but 1/14...

Re: 1:72 Pre-Built Aircraft Companies which one?

Yes, I've seen those and thinking of getting at least one of each. I went to shop at the Pearl Harbor Memorial and picked up 1/72 P-36 for 10.00, they have a Wildcat and a B5N2 KATE (1/144). They're made by a company Legacy of Valor/Tribute to Valor.

Thank you all for the input. That's why I like to buy in person, when possible but kind of hard to do these days at least where i'm at here in Hawaii. Looks like i'll be building some kits as the scale is limited to fighters, I did see the Corgi ($$$) and FOV bombers though. The main thing is the Wi...

1:72 Pre-Built Aircraft Companies which one?

Hello, Well as I've run out of approved room for 1:18 and close to my 1:32 and 1:48, I went and picked up some of the MRC/Easy Model 1:72 aircraft from a Hobby shop that is going out of business. I do like them and for the price I could start a new collection. But as I browsed around on Evil-Bay, I ...
