I visited a BL today and they has half aisle full of PTS-everything but the large building. Funny, but I never noticed that the police Little Bird has rocket tubes and mini guns.

I want one and will pay F-14 money for it too. But I see some of the detail as just more pieces for me to break!

And to think that there were stacks of the German and Canadian reduced to $20 at several WM. I only bought one of each! :x

I would bet that the 1/18 diecast collectors would gobble up a Ferrari version. (in it's hay day)

A-team stuff marked down at Target

Sorry if it has been posted already. I guess no second wave! The 1/18 figs were $3.99 and the vans were $19.99. Didn't look at the price of the 1/6, but they were also lowered. I know some of you were looking for mod fodder.

Want to see a bunch of near-1/18 B-17s?

Neat event at Bomber Field (near Houston) next weekend June 4-6th. I have been going for a few years to their B-17 gatherings and it is just awesome to see a bunch of near 1/18 scale B-17s flying around. Here is some info on upcoming events. http://www.bomberfieldusa.com/events.htm Look around and y...

This looks more detailed than the UT/Gate releases from the past. I don't think that AA would follow with anything as they have a bad reputation of being slow to bring items to market. Also, while it may have tons of details, some may not be too accurate.

The WMs around here have the baseball ones. They seem to use the same body on all, so they all looked juiced up like Roger Clemens

Jeter is about the only one that sorta looks the closest.

The back side if some "anti-fatigue" or "back saver" mats have a pattern that looks close. I bought these at Sam's a while ago. It is the kind that interlocks to make a large play area.

Baroness turned into a (Matrix) Trinity

This quick little mod turned a GIJoe Baroness into a Trinity look-alike.

The stuff they sell during Halloween to make fake cobwebs will also works. If you have a laser printer, just clean the inside of it with it. or if you have access to toner, just mix some in. I hang mine with Monkey Hooks and some quality fishing line. The Monkey Hooks go anywhere and hold up to 50 Lbs. (they make some heavy duty ones too). Just put the MH in the wall, make a loop with the fhishing line, loop it around the wing and in less then a minute your plane is on the wall. On thei...

trouble with screen size

Somehow the screen on this website is tiny and I can barely read it (even with 20/10 vision) . I clicking around a few day ago and all of the sudden the screen size shrunk. I have looked everywhere and can't find anywhere to change it back. All other content on the internet displays just fine. Thanks!

Saw some quad-trailers for $11.88 yesterday. Don't need another one, but I did not leave empty handed. They had the Hot Wheels 1/18 TV Batmobile for $14.88. It is he regular version, so my Elite will stay in the MIB.

AS much as I love my mini-famo, it is dwarfed by the 88 :( After much discussion with the Hun, we came up with the SDkfz9 designation for the mini-famo, not the SDkfz11 as some have thought. To make the SDkfz7, you'd have to start with something Bigger, like a Route 66 1/16th truck and a Tiger or P...
