Re: My 1/18 F14 pilots

Nice, they came out great! That's a good idea putting the lower
legs in first and then the rest of the figure. I like the display as well.

Re: Do we really want new WWII figures?

I guess we should also remember these are prototypes. I do like the uniform and head sculpt, the helmet while large does look good...may be its an M35 ET 68 :P (model maker size). Digger any idea if the heads are pop into the shoulders like 21st or head on a post like the Hasbro Indy figures?

Re: Do we really want new WWII figures?

I don't think 1:18 will ever come close to the 1:6 articulation unless they have soft clothing like the big guys. I'm in for more 1:18 WWII figures just not at $20.00 a piece. I'd like to see some Tankers, both sides. But I have more Panzers than Shermans so I'd opt for more Germans. https://i1283.p...

Tman that is very impressive! The build, camo and the weathering came out great; I also
like the added parts from Grunts Battleground Toys. Well Done!

Go for it Axis, while I like 1:6 I don't have the space because years ago I committed to 1:18 and I'm glad I did. You say you have some of Flyboys styro bombed out buildings, he has made some of the most impressive customs I've ever seen!! The way he worked with foam board is amazing. Looking forwar...

Cool looking tank. Might need to paint the phillips head screws
they just stand out to much.
Seems like it would go with the acid rain line.

Re: Filming The Haleiwa Scramble (1/72nd Scale)

Very cool :!: I like the concept as Tman stated. You have put a lot of thought
and effort into this diorama, nice work!

The prop blurs add to the entire scene, does give the illusion of movement.
until now...never heard of them. Cool link below:

Indy Truck Customs

I've been doing some work on an Indy Cargo truck. I wanted to change it from the duel axle to a single axle like the Opel-Blitz 3 ton. Looks good Axis, I have to keep reminding myself this is 1:6...its big. I like the idea, one side or the other taking cover in the building and waiting for the danger to pass. Very cool! Dennis I have a question...was rebar used in European building construction of the time? I don't know just asking...

Re: Bachem Natter in 1.18--who is interested

Thanks guys, Tman I'm working with the paints I have on hand. The compressor I'm using is one I can't regulate so I don't have the control I'd like with the airbrush. I have another that I need to get working. No new pics of the Natter today as I've been working on two Indy cargo truck customs... :w...
