Re: Zimmerit Set for Monogram Panzer IV

The laser cut/etched products can be scaled up or down, it's a matter of finding appropriate thickness materials to match the scale. I haven't thought too much about scaling up to 1/18 because I would assume that scale would be easier to add zimmerit by hand using putty. The Panther tank at 1/18 sca...

Zimmerit Set for Monogram Panzer IV

Hey Guys, I thought I'd let you know that we are offering a zimmerit set to fit your Monogram 1/32 scale Panzer IV kit. Maybe you have one that's been sitting in your stash, or have recently bought the kit since we've all been on lock down. This set is laser textured and cut paper and comes with ins...

Re: I want a 1/18 Camel and Palm Trees

Now is the time to be paying attention to the nativity figures in all the stores. Just glancing at some on the way by, they seem to scale anywhere from 1/24 -1/18. The camel size could be a relative thing maybe and certainly palm trees can vary. I might have seen possible candidates at Walmart last ...

Switched boxes

I checked my Walmart yesterday and was surprised to see quite a few 21st Century items in both scales. I bought a 1/32 P-51, a third paint scheme Zero and a second paint scheme Macci...at least to me, they are 3rd and 2nd versions. The surprise was a P-40 Warhawk in a P-47 box. Someone had switched ...

Metal FT 17

I just added a metal FT-17 to my website. Click on the "new" image on the homepage. It's fully assembled and painted and I estimate it's about 1:18 scale. It might be a good start if someone wants to super detail it and it's perfect for display as it is.

Switched product

I was the guy that started the other thread about punks who are switching out tanks at Walmart and I agree that this is probably what happened in the instance you are talking about. And wouldn't you know...I was in Simi Valley Walmart this morning and someone had replaced a 1/18th scale Panzer IV wi...

Maybe I'm being too cynical but as usual in my experience in Walmart, there was nobody working anywhere near the toy section and it didn't look like anyone had been "on duty" for quite awhile. The usual mess of toys laying on the floor of the aisle and most stuff in disarray. As a matter of fact, th...

Crooks at Walmart

I didn't know what else to title this message but I wanted to post this and maybe see what people think of this: I stopped in at Walmart in Porter Ranch, Calif. yesterday and noticed some 1/32 scale King Tigers in the green boxes. As I looked closer, the tanks were actually the King Tiger made by "N...
