Hi DT,
Thanks for putting up some great pieces. I have a question for you on BBD. is it first or 2nd release? i have a first release (more of a toy), and thinking about expanding into a 2nd release ( factory decals on the props, etc., )
Thanks,
bc

thoughts on Corsairs?
So lately, I have been reading about the Chosin Reservoir campaign. Getting sucked up into the topic is more accurate. Corsairs off the Lyete helped contribute to the success of the breakout. Thus my latest obsession. I have the 21C Kepford Corsair ( whistling death...love it) but have been contempl...

Re: ANOTHER SOURCE GONE.....
I don't know if others ever used this site, but I had fun searching the history of WWII aviation this fellow had created. It is a shame that a reference had to be removed. There was no profit in his intent, just a good intention to provide others with information (photos, images, and organization) ...

F-104 stand. Not mine, but the best use I have seen of a Witty stand in a long time. Apparently, you just need to file down the cradle a little bit, to get the right fit. Make some room for the hook, and get the exhaust nozzle to line up. Not hard. http://i146.photobucket.com/albums/r278/kab...

snake, i might just have to agree with ya. i wasn't expecting that i would purchase the 'vaark, bat am glad that i did. I still have a bad crush on the a-1 (the dambusters will brign me up to 4), but the f-111 really stands out. I am a big fan of the f-102, but HM underperformed on that one. I hope ...

Re: Who has the new F-111 model?
love, love, love, the f-111a 'vaark. (sorry for the double posting on this). what i like the most about this piece is that it can be displayed, in cradle, with the gear down and all armaments attached. on the stick with the gear down, it looks like it is in initial takeoff configuration. What always...

California Cutie is a great looking P-38. 8) Good score iballdriver. it was still just a bit more than i wanted to spend, but in the end, i had to bite before the pricing point got out of reach. last on the list of "gotta haves" is the flying tigers p-40, but HM is making it a challenge. still thou...
