TKO, your work is off the charts! That Avenger is beautiful, I mean that is the way that plane was meant to look!

Well, more bad news for collectors...China has apparently decided to let the value of their currency rise, which probably means higher prices for the products they produce! As if we needed more bad news for our hobby! Just my opinion here (and I'm not saying anyone is being disrespectful or mean-spi...

FOV 1/32 Pershing

A few months ago, Foxhole toys announced a re-release from FOV of their wildly popular 1/32 scale Pershing tank...I checked their website & it says rescheduled for a June 2010 release...Any updates?

Like Buckyroo, 1/18th is really the primary scale for me...I have most of the 21C & BBI 1/32 scales & some super nice Corgi 1/32 scale fighters, but at the end of the day I vastly prefer 1/18...My latest was a Grim Reapers repaint of one of my JSI F14's from Skyworks (along w/ all metal gear)...It w...

Here are pics of my two JSI F14's, a repainted "Jolly Rogers" & a Special Edition "Grim Reaper", both done by Skyworks! Plus, check out Nathan's RBF covers! http://i983.photobucket.com/albums/ae319/456THBG/JSI%20F14/100_0108.jpg http://i983.photobucket.com/albums/ae319/456THBG/JSI%20F14/100_0107.jpg...

Well, sorry it didn't work...Before I was able to get it to stay open on its own, I used a small nail, right next to the vertical pin, to hold it open.

Look, this may have been posted somewhere in the past, and I remember many complaints about the JSI F14 canopy not staying open on its own, however...By complete accident & out of sheer frustration, I opened my F14 canopy, with one hand, as far as I was brave enough to raise it, and with one finger ...

Nathan, just received my two sets of covers & they are outstanding...I put the black set on my Jolly Rogers & the red set on my Skyworks Grim Reaper. Everything fit w/ little effort & the end result is awesome! I would recommend these "add-ons" to any JSI F14 owner w/a static display. Worth every pe...

Thanks to TKO for the AllGo update... I've got all but 2 or 3 of the 1/18th scale regular production 21C & BBI aircraft...Bought a lot of them at Walmart for sure, but some of the "rarer" pieces came from Ebay & were, of course, more costly. Just my opinion (not looking for an argument, not trying t...

Well, something else to take our mind off of the now defunct Passion Wagon (I was one of those who was going to add to my already extensive 1/18th P51 collection)... I'm not a modeler, so I will have to have this one prebuilt, either by the manufacturer or an "aftermarket" assembler. It will all dep...

Lets not jump to conclusions just yet, hiccups are on par for 1/18th course But in case titty stang does all-go south... In my collection of aviation artist Robert Taylor's prints, one of my favorites is "Zemke's Wolfpack" which depicts a flight of P47s breaking off to intercept a couple of FW190s which are attacking a crippled B17... Signatures on the print include Hub Zemke, Robert Johnson, Francis Gabreski and Bud ...
