The F-14 is suppose to be from around the late 80' and early 90's? Is that correct?
If so I need a white helmet then.

I painted half the plane this weekend with a spray can. I used light Gull Gray and it came out really nice. All I need to paint is the cockpit section.

Good deal on the F-14 good investment or not?

I am not sure anyone else found this but there is a special lighted F-14 for a great price on Ebay (less than 270.00). This is the best price I have seen. I am thinking about buying another one for future sales. I figure it may go the way of the black Jolly Roger F-18 and be worth around $400 or mor...

THANK YOU!!!
This is a great forum.... I am a member on another forum and they are not as professional as you all. They tend to be on the crude side.

I would not sand it or anything else like that. I did a light dusting of flat grey and it looks good. Maybe someday I might try using weathering chalks to give it the weathered look.

I am newbie

Hi, I am new here and excited about this hobby. I found out about this forum from a dealer at the Heroes Show. I bought a F14 and I can’t wait for the F15 or SU-27. I am mostly interested in modern stuff but I do have a few WWII planes.
Thank you guys for all your information.
Bob
