I tried making one a couple years ago. I found a wooden boat at the Goodwill and thought it was close to scale. It's 18.5" long. It came with a thermometer and a barometer in it. I had to make the deck and wheelhouse out of foamboard and cardboard. It does float too. Thanks, Kevin. http://img297.ima...

The figures aren't articulated, just flexible. The hands don't open. They're molded in a closed position, just open enough to put the battleaxe or rifle in them.
