Re: Re:

$800 at the least, but if see it going for $1000 if resin made, specially with skyworks, they are not cheap, there average price is round 700 for any plane. but i still see them selling alot of them. I doubt it. At that price point, I think that only a couple of members here would get one. A...

Re: Hey Everybody

Thanks, Digger. That pretty much answers everything I had been wondering about. Kinda depressing to see these companies slowing down and dissapearing. I'm getting excited seeing what the new companies are planning and producing though. Some of the aircraft from JSI look awesome. I'll always be dream...

Hey Everybody

Long time, no see. Haven't been on in forever. Got sidetracked with new hobbies, and ran out of room to collect anything else. Just found my old login and password and figured I would see whats new in the 1/18 world. Looks like a lot of people are selling off their collections. Unfortunately, I migh...

tpa05: I think there are actually two arguments being made here. The first is what the aircraft is worth to us (the collector). The second is what the price might be if sold at Walmart. Again, we need to be clear as to which is argument is being made here. What is it worth to us? That one is simple...

The rules could be something like: Build any variation / paint scheme, as long as the conversion includes a completely non factory paint job. That way - everyone starts off on a level playing field with the same stock standard model. What do you guys think of that? I like that idea. A little off th...

Picked one up today for $25. I'm really impressed; 21st put a lot of work into this thing. I had read before that some of the screws were uncovered, my model has them capped. I guess 21st is now correcting minor issues.

Just got an M-16 and nothing appears to be wrong. What are the common flaws? Well many M16's, including mine have unpainted, bare plastic parts. The most common seems to be the top and sides of the hood and/or the fenders and front grill. A few people on here had the problem and the only two M16's ...

Smoke II was in a big rush to meet retailer order requirements. China got way ahead of themselves and they ended up in German Boxes! Nobody knew for sure that this was the case until just recently. Sounds good. A box is nothing to delay a release over. I probably need to throw out some more of my b...

I would truly appreciate it if someone could answer one thing for me. How is the landing gear, altogether? From the pics I've seen so far, it looks to be sturdy, but this is one of the main factors in my purchases. It's been about 2-3 months since I've bought a plane, hoping to pick the Avenger up.

I think the F-16X was scrathbuilt. I remember seeing a few scrathbuilt aircraft on the old forum.
