Yep at a show here in the UK last week I got 3 new vehicles. The half track with 6 occupants, the King Tiger with riders and the Stuart.
All are excellent value for money. The figures are much improved but the faces do look a bit zombieish! Too much dark paint around the eyes!

Those DAK releases sound excellent especially the Rommel Half Track.
Collecting K&C is a great hobby but it's bloomin expensive!

I agree the figures in some of the latest releases, the wirbelwind, panther, zundapp and hanomag have been excellent. The US halftrack disappointingly only had one figure but i've found the driver from last years Bastogne Jeep is perfect for adding behind the wheel. I would definately buy a repaint ...

You can view the photos by right clicking on the individual tripod banners then, going to properties then copying/pasting the address URL into your browser and pressing return.

As if by magic the pix will then reappear on the page properly.

Hope that helps a bit.

I saw most of the new stuff today. The Panzer IV ausf G comes with the same figure as last year and not much else. The PanzerIV ausf F is a more attractive package. It comes with a cool checkpoint and the two figures are wearing caps as opposed to last years berets. The US halftrack has only 1 figur...

I bought that Stug because i liked the camo scheme and it had the roadblock so it was a win win situation. I'd also really recommend the panther if you are tempted. The figures are great and the tank itself is weighty and a real improvement over the 32x version in my opinion. I would definitely buy ...

I've recently bought all the main FOV dioramas. Thankfully if you shop around you can get some bargains. I bought 4 brand new on Ebay for £25 each which i suppose is around $50 ish. I'm very pleased with them. The paintwork on the tanks, especially the TigerI, King Tiger and Stug is a real improveme...

What FOV vehicles would you like to see next?

With most of this years releases out now what would any of you guys like to see next. For new vehicles i'd like to see in 1:32 1. a British Normandy Churchill. 2. a US Hellcat tank destroyer 3. a Ferdinand/ Elefant 4. a Jagdtiger 5. an sdkfz 222 armoured car 7. Some artillery pieces, both Axis and A...

I bought the Panther today and am really pleased with it. Good camo pattern and weathering and plenty of metal in the turret and body give it a good weighty feel. The two SS tank riders with it are quite nicely done. they are wearing camo tunics which makes a change from the usual field grey. No tan...

I'm pretty optimistic about my order with Monkey Depot. They've never let me down before. Plus the fact that they charged for the item as soon as the order was placed suggests they intend to honour the deal.

Word from the DX event is that the prices for it are "out of control" so i'm glad mine is guaranteed.

You know i like these figures the more i look at them especially the guy with the bandaged head and the soldier holding onto his helmet. Great poses.

This is a line that deserves supporting, with a few improvements in the future we might see some really interesting and affordable die cast figures.

Yep i posted a pic of 3 of the 101st figures here. http://www.warbird-photos.com/gpxd/viewtopic.php?t=1891 I don't have any other angle pics of the tanks at the moment. Its difficult to remove them fully without completely destroying the packaging. I wish they were packaged a bit more like Dragon Ar...

Here's a couple of pics of the Sherman and the Churchill. I've taken the photos still partly in the packaging as, unlike Dragon's 1/70 range, you cant get them out easily without destroying the box. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v465/jameswh/P1010222.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v465/ja...

I bought the US101st set today and I think the 1/32 figures are actually pretty good. You have to bear in mind the price of them. For die cast figures they are very cheap. Obviously they are not in the King and Country class but to my eye they compare favourably with several William Britain sets i h...

German camo seems to be a very subjective thing. I agree mint green probably wasn't included amongst German camoflage paint tins but then neither was the slate blue that appeared on the FOV 1/16th King Tiger. Regardless of accurate colours or not i'm definately going to get the K&C King tiger. I thi...

Hi, Regarding the Wittmann dual set. I don't think its being rereleased is it? The original dual set did have zimmerit and was numbered 60131. In the 2005 catalogue it has a picture of set 60131 but only in the context of what has been out previously. On the back of the catalogue there is a picture ...
