Re: 1/18 T65 X-Wing

Sorry for the delay. I was curious more than anything, and the printed pilot comes with a control stick. I originally planned to use one of the action figures before coming across Falcon's stuff.

Re: 1/18 T65 X-Wing

Thanks guys. I came across the DeAgostini kits while looking for cockpit options, and I thought the same thing, $1600 is a bit steep. Especially since I might have spent a hundred bucks total on this one. I also saw that Falcon 3D was making replacement detail parts for the DeAgostini kits. That's a...

1/18 T65 X-Wing

Hey guys, still lurking. So you know how sometimes you come up with a bright idea and then quickly realize that you grossly underestimated the amount of work involved? Yeah well that's me, like 90% of the time. Just like this time! But lets first skip back 3 or so years. Hasbro put out a roughly 1/1...

Dude, you need to build and paint a few for yourself to sell on Evilbay or elsewhere. I'm sure there are people out on the interwebs (in addition to here) who would just love to throw large sums of money at you for those planes.

I love the idea of a kit, but this is Trumpeter we're talking about---the kit will probably cost twice as much as the fully assembled model. :?

Re: WTB 1/200 Yamato

If you like big, do a Google search for Soar Art Models or 1/144 Yamato.

Don't know if they are still available, but that company made kits for the Bismarck, Yamato, and a couple of Japanese aircraft carriers in 1/144. Price in 2008 was about a grand for each.

I shall not shoot the messenger, because TKO is and has always been a stand-up guy.
That being said, wake me up when either the A-10 or King Tiger are on retailers shelves and shipping to customers.

Now get off my lawn, I'm taking a @#*!&!! nap!

Re: Pirated 21CT...that many?

So let's see... 21st gets in a bind, doesn't pay its bills and the Chinese manufacturers seize their molds and unshipped stock. Sucks, but I can't feel sorry for them. 21st becomes AllGo, promises big things, and produces nothing, for reasons never clearly explained but certainly money related. That...
