That's not a bad idea.thanks for the input. Just wish there was a accessory shop that sold the treads so I could reproduce and sale the models. But, is a good start!

Where to get 1/18 Scale Tank Roller Wheels and Treads
I was wondering if anyone knew where you could get the subject items?
I want to start building BMP's but the show stopper is no treads or rollers.
Thanks,
Chad

BTR-60
I've been hoping for some Russian or Chinese Modern now for a long time. I always loved the BTR-60, BTR-80, the BMP's, T-72 - T-80's (I thought I heard of T-90 that was in the works a while back but not sure). The BMP is more difficult due to fact I don't know where to get 1/18 scale roller wheels a...

Thanks. No not a newbie. You all have more info on the hobby than I have now. I got impatient waiting for some new stuff so I started building my own models. Just takes a long time. I've been checking in from time to time when I had chance to but nothing to really post about. I used to be around whe...

So, in a way I have to reintroduce myself since I've been gone for a long while now. I am still working on custom models. I have been working on 1/18 scale BTR-60's, well to the bes...

1/18 Scale FOV Stryker
Has anyone here heard any new information regarding when Unimax anticipates releasing the 1/18 FOV Stryker? Haven't heard anything new on it other than it may or may not be released.
Any help or intel would be greatly appreciated.

Pics Type 98 vs BBI M1 Abrams
I have link to old set of pictures I took back in 2004 that compare the BBI Abrams and the Type 98. The Type 98 can almost pass as 1/18 scale T-72 vehicle based on the data I provided above; not 100% but considering there is nothing out there right now, this is not a bad vehicle. http://community.we...

Type 98 Chinese MBT
I had posted some info on this model a year or so ago the stats on the Type 98 and T-72. I will try to find the info because I keep the conversions for comparison. Also depends on the type model of the T-72, I ran into several different measurements but not to far off. I used the following sites: ht...

Glad To See BBI is Still in 1:18 Scale Business!!
aferguson/mike: Thank you for the updates regarding the BBI Line!! I have been a collector of the BBI line and 21st Century for a long while. I have invested thousands into this collection and to see that more stuff is coming, much to my wife’s dismay, I’m sure she will try to hide the checkbook. I ...
