They were at APG a week ago.
Sorry for not mentioning it in my last post. I found them at the Aberdeen, MD WalMart last Saturday. Aberdeen is where Abedeen Proving Grounds is, and is right on the East Coast. I'd be guessing, but I think they don't have any problem moving 21st Century tanks off their shelves.

You're back!
Great to hear from you, oh grandfather of the site! Did you remodel to supply for room for model Display?
Yeah, I'm still into it and spending to much money, but who cares, I like it.

Selling in sets might not be such a good idea.
If Target had been able to pick and choose, Mattel might have done better. Down my way, if instead of having all 6 from a set, they could have sold a lot more 109's. They always disappeared in very short order. Of course, this brings up another question. Since Toy's R Us wouldn't sell the German Mat...

What's really rare?
The ones that are more likely to be rare are the redone units, because very few of the folks who bought several of the originals are going to want to put more money into more mine-roller Shermans.

Where can we get the prepainted Dragon 172 figures?
I didn't know that Dragon made any pre-painted 1/72 figures. Which dealers carry them? Are they still available?

Help! I'm confused!
Which Corgi T-34 are we talking about? Is the Showcase T-34 a 1/72 model? If so, I missed my chance by quite a ways.

Check the Target's
Hoverbug -
The Target in Glen Burnie, MD on Crain Highway has the LAV's. I wasn't looking that hard because I'm not that interested. Sunday, they also had what I guess was an MLRS.

Grat looking, way too expensive
I saw one of the German releases, last year, don't remember which one. It really looked good, but the image in my mind was overlaid by the price sticker. It was discounted at a store that I had never seen discount before. But even at the discounted price, it was waaaaaay past what I was willing to pa...

Ok for Diecast-Direct, a big no for Hobby Link
I've ordered about three times from Diecast Direct with no problems.
But let me tell you, after reading the Hobby Link message, I won't go near them. Their policy message starts off reasonably well, but after that it goes downhill fast.

Military figures in 1/48
K-Line has some military figures on the market that are O gauge. O gauge is generally called 1/4 inch gauge. That is 1/4" equals one foot, so 1/48th is the same. 1/50 and 1/43 are kind of close.

Corgi Phantoms
Corgi makes several Phantoms, including the Navy one pictured. There are USAF in Vietnam camo, a training version in black with bunny ears on the tail, two different Blue Angels, an RAF model, a National Guard model, and the orange one I personally don't like, because it's a drone.
