normandy, tmanthegreat, thanks! Nice to see some familiar and long time members! Yeah I remember seeing the Hiya Toys WWII figures now that you mentioned it, so they didn’t turn out good? That is a bummer. It is great that people are doing the 3D stuff and custom stuff. I did see (pickelhaube I thin...

Re: Joy Toy 1:18 figure breakdown and size comparisson

Those are great looking figures for a little more than $10 bucks a piece. I would love that company to do an Colonial Marines (Aliens) line. The Market is so starved for anything 1 18 unfortunately. Have you seen the Hiya Toys line? http://www.hiyatoys.com/product/alien-aliens/aliens-colonial-marin...

Re: Joy Toy 1:18 figure breakdown and size comparisson

Hello again ground pounders! So I've been away from 1:18 for years now, but I still love the scale and still have all of my stuff stored. While browsing at an online store I frequent, JoyToy caught my eye with these modern 1:18 modern troops. I come from the days of $5 figures so $16 or $30 per figu...

Re: roll call any groundpounders?

Heh I'm rarely here anymore but when I want to come to these boards I still type in "groundpoundersXD" in google to find it. So yeah I was here long time ago and still check in from time to time. This was one of the first boards I ever joined, then Rebel Scum, OSW and SSF. I recognize some of the na...

Display cabinet - finally got one...

Hello all, Haven't posted in a long time...mainly because not much to post...ie not much in the way (for me at least) to buy - and also because my main focus has been 1:6 (like a lot of other collectors I am sure.) But finally did manage to take out some of my WWII stuff and put it on display. (Mode...

FS for local OC members - bbi F16 and 21stC original P-51

Hello all, It's been a long time since I was here - I haven't been active but have been a long time member so hope it's ok to sell here. I am now getting rid of some pieces here and there. However I'm only selling to local Southern California members because I don't want to deal with shipping right ...

Anyone know if there is another link to those photos?

Hello,
Does anyone know if there is another link to the photos? I visited the link last week but today it seems the photos do not show up. I was interested in that M-60 tank dio that I wanted to try to use as reference....and it had a bunch of great work!

Thanks for any help.

Confirmed OC CA

Yes can confirm the re-arrival of 21st back at TRU central OC, CA this morning. 4 PAK-40s, a peg full of German figs (2 DAK and 1 of the camo top and grey bottoms - good HS by the way.) and plenty of weapons packs (1:6) and 1:32 items. Interesting find. Was hoping to see something new on the back of...

that figure is beautiful did you do it? Negative I did not do this, I believe this was shown as a prototype at one of 21st C booth at one of the toy shows around 2003. I think it was around that year or maybe the year after I asked (I think it was Roy) at SDCC...if they were going to release carded...

A little recon at AWOH 2007

Well sorry if any of this is old news, but this scale is getting a bit slim for me...too many aircraft, not enough armor (tanks) not very much new stuff in general - so I have been focusing on other scales. We 1:18 scale fans need or "fix" sooner rather than later  Anyway according to the rep ...

Anyone that went to Toy Fair or has been following the coverage closer than I seen any sign of the Warriors of the World line? Just wondering if the Romans will have new figures. Armor Question

Ok so they previewed the KT and stated it may be out by this summer? Interesting when last year they showed the Panzer IV and the version they showed never even came out... yet. Hello, Seen the new modern figures - disappointed that BBI still went with the parachute attached straps. Lots of those just sit at my TRU. Great looking accesories though. What about WotW line? Wandered into TRU and found new LB

Was suprised to find this. Glad they came out with this version with seats...now will they do some Delta operators from BHD? Didn't put it together cuz don't have the room, but better to get it now at retail than later. Fast ropes look cool and possibly easily adaptable for the Blackhawk. Pilot look...
