I think there are some people who steal because they have mental issues, and others who steal because they are greedy and don't have a conscience. This guy is in the second category.

Has anyone had problems with missing pieces? I got a 1:32 Kingtiger at WM (unopened) and it is missing its crew.

I feel bad for all the folks that lost out to this thief but I also pity him. I almost feel sorry for a person to be driven to this extreme to steal. Based on your description, I'd say there is nothing to worry about-it's just a normal second chance offer by a seller who had multiples of the same item. Very common.
