Really, really appreciate the pics...

Man I realy appreciate the pics. Realy made my day. With the great FOV figs out and all this new stuff I feel real fortunate. I pre ordered two 88s and one Tiger 2. I really have been hoping for prone figures and kneeling ones. Adds a lot to the hobby.

Which D-Day figs have S-2s

Can you guys tell me which D-day figures have S-2s or repaints. I know about Otto, I think there are four of him, how about the others. I found one FOV WW2 German figure with a US helmet in tow. A kind of variation I guess.

Somehow the German head sculps look like Germans and the Americans look like Americans. (Italian Americans, etc.)

Looking for repaints...

I believe Wall Mart had repaints of the D-Day 1/18 figures. I would like to get some. I believe the US tanker was one. Not sure how many. I have just about anything you could want to trade for except planes. Thanks,

Old ones

The old ones are what caught my eye around 2000. They reminded me of stuff I had as a kid only better.

Re: What year ( ? ) `08 Yeah !

funny, i don't think of this as such a great year. I guess it's just that expectations were higher. The KT and 88 will certainly help and FOV coming on line, 1/18-wise, is certainly great news. I have high hopes for them in the coming years.. >>> My thoughts exactly ! ... My hopes and prospects are...

Its nice but I think the German motorcycle with sidecar would be much more useful and were far more common. I would prefer the motor cycle first.

There are four halftracks sitting on the shelf @ New Orleans TRU on Veterans. Marked @ $29.99. I really like the effort put into the new Otto fig. Even the strings on the camo are painted a different color and the rank on the collar is nicely done. Feels like old times buying XD in TRU. I think the ...

Man, Id be all over that FOV Witman tank if it was 1/18 instead of 1/16. Is 1/16 scale new, or has it been popular a long time? I hope they continue to expand the XD line with the new TRU deal. One more thing. I also hope 21st does someWW2 in the new Platoon format... Come on Christmas surprise..
