Re: Looking for a 109 or 190
Still looking. Have a Camo Mig (in box) or a P-38 to trade. Edited - Ok, the P-38 I have for trade is the 21st Century "Wine Woman and Song" version with the additional decals applied. It doesn't include the pilot. The plane has a small whole where the rocket pods are supposed to go otherwise the pl...

Re: Craigslist Finds. Good deals to be had.
The seller for the F-14 doesn't indicate whether the original box is still available (and the condition). And while a fair price, here's one example where the shipping would still be a deal-breaker. I could be wrong.

Looking for a 109 or 190
Hey guys, Looking for a ME/BF-109 or 190. Does NOT have to be perfect condition as I'll be giving it to my son as a gift and will be gluing the wings on for sure. Antennaes, smentennas who cares. Landing gear? Again, nice but not necessary. And although I'd like the prop to be in good shape (all bla...

Do they wash dishes? Fold clothes? Do somethin'. Quick nod to those who are currently offering planes/vehicles at prices that are reasonable. Thanks.

jlspec - Good Trade Report! My son will have a great Christmas and the Tank he's been asking for thanks to Jlspec. John gave a fair price both for the items he sold and the delivery. The packing was perfect and the communication was excellant. I will definately do business with John again in the fut...

Re: Need (I mean will purchase) 1/32 Pilot
Hello Kevin and thank you for the link! Just checked it out and will post a bid later this afternoon (there's a few days left). Again, I appreciate what was extra effort on your part to find the guys. Thank you! John EDIT - Just looked on ebay for "1:32 pilot seated". Average price is about $15.00. ...

Re: Custom tanker. LOL
I like your thinking Granch. I actually went back after writing my last post and found that MOST 1:1 scale jerry cans are cheaper than the 1/6 scale versions. Yea, still scratchin my head on that one.

Re: Custom tanker. LOL
Tryin' to get back into this but after just 2-3 days of pokin' around and looking at the prices of this stuff it's discouraging to say the least. Building a 1/6 tank for my son and to finish it off I wanted to add some Jerry cans to the back. I remember payin' about $20 for four of them no more than...

Re: 1/18 Planes on sale = on Ebay
I just looked at the items he has for sale and the prices he's charging. You've got to be kidding me. This past weekend I had 2 9-yr olds and myself (47) chasin' each other around the house in at least 3 of the items he had listed. Did what I could to not crindge when they took a hard landing from m...

Need (I mean will purchase) 1/32 Pilot
Hello guys, I just bought a 1/32 FW-190 for my son for Christmas and the pilot got eaten by the vacuum cleaner. Yes, I know, not the most glamorous way to go but it was his reality unfortunately. My reality however is the cockpit looks kinda empty without a driver. Any help/suggestions/offers would ...

There's a small part of me reading this that thingsk I'd be tempted to do two things - (1) call the Lt. back asap and make sure his number is indeed the PD and (2) call the PD directly and get transferred to his extention (can't be PD if the PD don't know who ya are). ...sorry, I'm from Newark, NJ o...
