Wouldn't really bother me either, but those things are what makes an A-8 and A-8. Oh well.

Came across a red 19 today, and was kinda disappointed, It had a nice paint job, but didn't have the proper cowl gun bulges or a bubble hood (like the pics show). Whats the deal there?

That NMF looks sweet! I've always liked the 5th AF giant stripes. One thing of interest, the -51Ds usually had an extra pair of stripes than the -47s and others.

Came across a Bf-109F in white distemper at the local Wallyworld. I haven't seen anybody with these yet. It's yellow 6, with a yellow nose and red-devil nose art. Very cool.

Picked one of those up a couple of weeks ago, it's frickin' sweet. The paint scheme is really eye-catching. My only complaint, this is the only one of the 5 262s I have that the engines are not exactly level with each other. No big deal, though.

Just picked up a Red B 262 myself. Dang if that ain't the sweetest Schwalbe I've seen. Frickin' slick!

I just picked up the Chinese and the NK mig for $20 a piece at a Walmart in Waco. Wheeee!

The new paint scheme is up at Area21. It's a VMF 213, 1945 Veeeery pretty.
