I think that all of the reputable sellers (like smalljoes) fully intend to be honest. The goal of their policies is to be fair. They shouldn't incur a penalty if a buyer makes a mistake(orders wrong item, doesn't like it when it arrives, whatever) , you shouldn't be penalized if they make a mistake ...

I collect a lot of both scales and 21C fixed my biggest (and really only) gripe with 32x when they put those amazing paint jobs on the latest Russian and Japanese infantry.

The next step would be to release "Battle Damaged" versions. Missing turrets, skirts, wheels, doors, etc.. ;-)

Also, keep in mind that some schemes (or at least pretty close) were released both as 21C and as Motorworks (but with Diecast hulls). Tigers and Shermans most notably.

I count those as seperate series or a series variant.

Fwiw, the Tigers are all numbered Red 326.

The best bet would be to add one of those image verification tools like ebay and so many other sites have now to defend against bots. This technique is called Captcha also referred to as "Visual Confirmation" Captcha functionality is built into PHPBB (Which this forum runs on) after version 2.0.11 (...

 I was happy when 21C threw down the toy gauntlet saying this would be the best year ever, but sceptical not wanting to get my hopes up too high. However, they sure seem well on their way to releasing news frequently as promised, but also between KB, WM and the online retailers, pumping a ste...

Does your camera have a "Macro" button. This would put it in macrofocus which is good for taking close ups of this type of stuff (insects, etc..)

Wow! 21C sure is making the most of their existing molds. lol But this is a great addition. Hope the blade and mounts are detatchable so you can buy two and essentially have two more sherman versions.

Well said Corey. Good business decisions can be a pain but are best for all in the end. On a more positive note, I did notice (if it hasn't already been mentioned) that in addition to the guy with the black baseball cap, the little bird has things to sit on now which are an excellent addition imho. :D

Found a different link/view of the same gear. Top of this page says it's 1:15 scale. http://internethobbies.stores.yahoo.net/verlinden-products---1-15-scale-gear---accessories.html I'd guess the weapons would look pretty out of whack, but not sure that would matter much for barrels, food stuff, etc....

I went to that link and out of curiousity hit the next button. Found the sheet of german decals (Nice!) but as I kept hitting the next button I kept finding more 120mm goodies (MG's, bazookas, lamp posts, barrels, boxes, c-rats, etc......) Does all of the 120mm stuff generally work well with 1:18 or...

Great, now I have to explain to my wife why we're paying a monthly fee to the catman dirt service! lol :D

But seriously, do you have a cost structure? The dirt/snow/weathering service sounds interesting. Also, how about some sample before after shots?

Very cool overall and neat concept putting a marine head inside the Sahara headdress. (Didn't know it was removable?) Or did you just do a face transplant?

Great weathering btw!

Check out the tips and tricks area of the Customs and Mods board. Lots of ideas there that might help you with removal of the existing decal. You might also check out the Testors(I think) "print your own decal" kits available at most Walmarts in the model/glue/paint area of the toy section. There ar...
