Hoarders

This is only going to affect the hoarders out there. Personally, if I were a hoarder trying to make a profit, I wouldn't focus on military items. My time would be better spent in the Star Wars market. There always seems to be a demand for those types of figures. I can't imagine trying to hoard XD (o...

Re: Not just the shipping

not true! ship confirmation is free for buusiness accounts from usps and UPS 100 in insurance is included in initial groun service. no extra charge. Well then I've been taken to the bank on more than one occasion. They always make it sound so complex with the shipping details. "Ah yes, we need to a...

Not just the shipping

It's not just the shipping. It's the insurance, delivery confirmation, and "handling" on top of that. It can run you close to double the price of the product you're buying. And heaven help you if you tell the seller that you want to forgo the insurance. I've had packages arrive that look like they h...

The older FOV figures are $3.48 at certain Targets in the DFW area. I passed on them since I already have so many.

Thanks

Thanks for the offer, but I have seen plenty of those Golden Compass figures at my local Big Lots. And they're expensive too. I think they were around $4.00? I remember when they were on clearance at TRU for $1.00 each. I should have grabbed them then I suppose. Anyways, I'm noticing that a lot of t...

This is a serious GI Joe mod question

Ok, I seriously want to create a 1/18 Sarah Palin action figure. The Baroness head sculpt would be perfect, but she needs an appropriate body. Believe it or not, I like the Storm Shadow body because his clothing is something I could see her wearing. Can somebody put a Baroness head on a Storm Shadow...

Hmm

they see kids like fake stuff I dunno about that. When I was a kid and "played" with GI Joes, I remember when the line took a fantastical turn. They started putting out characters called "Serpentor" and "Golobulous". At that point, I remember being embarrassed playing with such weird characters. An...

Huh?

I bought two of the Abrams tanks today. One tan and one green. They were down to just a few in only one Target. I wasn't going to chance a further markdown and miss out. I almost picked one up. My dilemma is where to store the huge thing. That's why I didn't buy it. The figures though looked pretty...

Abrams and GI Joes

I went to my local Target and saw 2 desert tan Abrams tanks. They were moved one shelf up...I guess for clearance purposes. Anyways, I saw the GI Joe figures and the GI Joe vehicles for the new movie. No offense, but they are sooo lame. I think I've already gone on record about how not-interested I ...
