What the bad move was was making something that was already out on the market - but they were probably thinking lets undercut 21st while they have them on the TRU shelves and get people interested in what we have to offer. Don't worry on the M-16, you are not missing anything. At the very least, travel around to one of the many TRUs in So Cal and hunt down the 21c version. As for Hetzers, they are pretty much all gone down here as well as all 32X vehicles. I only found one left at the Paramount Wal-Mart (above Long Beach) which was discounted to $4.

On the other hand, my mission wasn't a failure as I found and bought the new FOV 1:72 Battle Extreme packs, the King Tiger and soldiers set and also the Sd. Kfz. 251/1 half-track and 75mm Pak 40 set!

Just came back from TRU, the XDs aren't $4.99 anymore, they are now $5.29.

I also checked the BBi figs, they are also affected, $5.29 too.
