Looks great!
Regarding the markings; have you looked at the various Archer 1/35 dry transfer sheets? They have a pretty extensive selection of markings available. Although the troop leader one may be tough.

I think it's the same mold as the Doyusha kit. It's more of a toy. It's meant to be motorized with a battery pack under the cockpit, which is extremely shallow. The pilot figure is actually kind of compressed so that he fits in the cockpit.

I recently bought one of the Raiden kits for a $29 + shipping BIN. The decals were no good, but I think I can work around that. Interestingly the same seller listed the Tony for $49.

I don't recall there being British specific crew figures. I think the Firefly came, at best, with one of the seated American crew figures.

BMC made a soft plastic 1/32 LVT-1 that isn't bad, although perhaps a bit large. Nitto/Bluetank/Modelcraft made a 1/32 LVT-5 (the one with the 75mm howitzer in a turret) in kit form. It's labelled as 1/35, but it's definitely closer to 1/32. It's an older kit, and a bit crude, but builds up and pain...
